Most Sheikh Airlines flights will arrive at the Sheikh Rashid Terminal. After leaving the airplane, follow the baggage reclaim signs througt the tunnel to the baggage reclaim hall. Pass through immigration and customs into the arrivals hall. Here you can exchange currency, hire cars or even book a hotel room. Metered taxis are waiting outside the terminal.

Arriving passengers who need to collect the original visa permit at the airport can do so at the specially designated desks at the end of the arrivals tunnel before taking the escalators to passport control desks.

There are 32 passport control desk upon arrivals. Visitors to Dubai need a valid passport or travel document and visa. Those arriving in Dubai need not fill in the embarkation cards if their visas have been issued in Dubai.

After leaving the airplane, follow the signs to one of the the four transit / connecting flights desks and pass through the security check. Once you have your boarding card, you can take the proceed to the departures level.

The Sheikh Airlines Lounges at the Dubai Airport are the right place to sit back and relax after check-In or to wait for your connection flight. Our lounges offer you a peaceful and luxury atmosphere with a restaurant and a bar, places to work undisturbed or just sit back and relax.

After visiting our lounges you may proceed directly to your boarding gate, relaxed and ready for the journey.

The departures hall offers 221 check-in desks. A separate check-in area for Sheikh Airlines First and Business Class passengers is available. After check-in, proceed to the passport control. Pass through the security check and take the escalators or lifts down to the tunnel.

Once entering the terminal you will find an array of duty-free shops with everything from jewellery, perfume and designer label fashion right through to electronics, home entertainment equipment and toys.

Among the duty-free shops you will find several restaurants and bars offering everything from fast food to speciality cuisine.
